- Payment data: processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner Ziina. We never store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, products browsed, basic device and browser info, cookies for cart and analytics.
- Communications: messages you send via WhatsApp, email or our contact form.
How we use your data
- To process orders, deliveries, returns and refunds.
- To answer questions and provide concierge support.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
- To send marketing emails — only with your consent, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud and to improve our site.
Who we share data with
We share only what is necessary with: payment processors, our delivery couriers (Aramex, DHL, local last-mile partners), our email and analytics providers, and authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.

Security
The Benex site is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+ encryption. All payments are processed by tokenised, PCI-DSS compliant providers. We never see or store your full card details.
