Return & Refund Policy

We want every Benex object to feel right. If something is not what you hoped for — colour, finish, or simply a change of heart — you can return it within thirty days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Any object, opened or sealed, within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original ivory packaging with the outer carton.
- For hygiene reasons, used mascaras and liquid liners cannot be exchanged but can still be refunded.
How to start a return
- Email returns@benexbeauty.com or message our WhatsApp concierge with your order number.
- We schedule a complimentary courier pickup from your address within 48 hours (UAE) or 3–5 days (GCC).
- Once the parcel reaches our atelier and passes inspection, your refund is issued.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
- Card and Apple Pay refunds typically appear within 3–7 additional banking days.
- Tabby and Tamara refunds are processed directly to your instalment plan.
- Original UAE shipping fees are refunded in full. GCC shipping is refunded for defective items only.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost and arrange pickup of the original — no questions, no proof of fault required beyond a photo.
Non-returnable
- Gift cards and concierge consultation fees.
- Items marked Final Sale on the product page.
