Every Benex order is hand-packed in our Dubai atelier and dispatched within 24 working hours. Parcels travel discreetly in our signed ivory box, fully tracked door-to-door.

Delivery times — United Arab Emirates

Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 working days
Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 2–4 working days
Same-day delivery available in Dubai for orders placed before 12:00 pm GST (AED 30 fee).

Delivery times — GCC

Saudi Arabia (KSA): 4–6 working days
Kuwait: 4–6 working days
Bahrain: 3–5 working days
Qatar: 4–6 working days
Oman: 5–7 working days

GCC orders are delivered DDP (duties and taxes prepaid) — no surprises at the door.

Shipping fees

UAE: Flat AED 25. Complimentary on orders above AED 250.
GCC: Flat AED 60. Complimentary on orders above AED 400.
Worldwide shipping opens later in 2026.

Tracking

You will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our atelier. You can also track any order from the order confirmation page or by writing to our concierge.

Undeliverable parcels

If a courier attempts delivery twice without success, the parcel is returned to our atelier and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund minus return-shipping cost.
