These terms govern your use of benexbeauty.com and any order placed with Benex Sophisticated Beauty (“Benex”, “we”). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
- An order is confirmed only once you receive an order-confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud — with a full refund.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Benex never stores your full card details.
Shipping & returns
Shipping times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Product information
We make every effort to display colours and finishes accurately, but screen calibration may cause minor variation. If a shade is not right, our 30-day return policy applies.
Intellectual property
All content on benexbeauty.com — text, imagery, packaging design and brand marks — is the property of Benex Sophisticated Beauty and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Benex’s total liability arising out of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
